Educating rather than breaking
When we educate children, do often we misunderstand education to be about breaking the child's will, making them become who we think they ought to be. The good thing is, they already are who they are and nothing can take that away from them. The midunderstanding is that we need to put something into them for them to become. We don't. We can help them refine their tools, by assisting them to think clearly, verbalise themselves well, have a catalogue of knowledge for teference inside of them. Our job is yo assist them into trusting their inmost voice, to help them see that they are always in a process of becoming. Never done, never filled to the rim, but always flowing.
